Copyright Policy

Introduction

Cam Cloud Recorder LP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of https://camcloudrecorder.com and related services to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners and their authorized agents may report allegedly infringing Content, how we process takedown notices, and how users may submit a counter-notice where applicable.

This policy applies to Content recorded, stored, made available, or otherwise processed through Cam Cloud Recorder. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority required to request, record, store, access, download, preserve, share, or otherwise use Content through Cam Cloud Recorder. Cam Cloud Recorder does not grant users any copyright license or other rights in third-party Content.

Users must not use Cam Cloud Recorder to infringe copyrights, circumvent access controls, violate source platform rules, or misuse any material owned or controlled by another person or entity.

Copyright Infringement Notices

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that Content available through Cam Cloud Recorder infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice through our support form: https://camcloudrecorder.com/support-form.

To help us process your notice, please include the following information:

  • your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by the notice;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing Content and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the URL, recording identifier, username, date, or other relevant details;
  • your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and
  • any other information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), similar copyright laws, or applicable legal process.

Incomplete notices may delay our review. We may request additional information reasonably needed to identify the Content, verify the claim, or process the notice.

Takedown Review and Enforcement

After receiving a valid copyright notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified Content, notify the affected user where appropriate, preserve records related to the notice, terminate repeat infringers, and take other actions we consider appropriate under our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

We may also use automated or manual review tools, fingerprinting, hash matching, rights-holder notices, source platform notices, and other detection methods to identify copyright-infringing Content or repeat infringement.

Counter-Notices

If your Content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through our support form: https://camcloudrecorder.com/support-form.

Your counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed or disabled Content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, your name and contact information, and any other information required by the DMCA or similar laws.

We may forward a counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore access only where permitted by applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.

Repeat Infringers and Misuse

Cam Cloud Recorder may suspend or terminate accounts, block future access, remove Content, and refuse service to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, misuse takedown or counter-notice procedures, submit false or abusive notices, or otherwise create legal or operational risk for the Websites.

Any person who knowingly submits false, misleading, or abusive information in a copyright notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, costs, and legal fees under applicable law.
